Kedington Wines are delighted to announce their appointment as the exclusive distributor of Charles Heidsieck champagnes in Hong Kong and Macau, with effect from 1st April, 2013.
Charles Heidsieck, founded in
1851, is recognised as the producer of some of the Champagne region’s most
exceptional and sought-after wines. Under the oenological direction of
highly-awarded Director of Winemaking for Piper-Heidsieck and Charles
Heidsieck, Régis Camus – and Charles Heidsieck Chef de Caves, Thierry Roset –
the Charles Heidsieck champagnes have developed an enviable reputation for
quality amongst champagne connoisseurs around the world.
“We are thrilled to be entering into a partnership with Kedington Wines
in Hong Kong & Macau”, said Rob Remnant, the company’s Managing
Director. “We have much enjoyed our
association with Telford International Company Limited in Hong Kong, but
believe that the move to a wine-focused partner in this market will be to
Charles Heidsieck’s advantage. We have exciting plans for Charles Heidsieck in
the coming months, and we look forward to working closely with the team at
Kedington Wines to make these champagnes more accessible to the discerning
consumers of Hong Kong and Macau”.
“We are delighted to announce this partnership with Charles Heidsieck.
We consider it a privilege to have been appointed to represent these wonderful
champagnes and now look forward to introducing them to our customers and
champagne connoisseurs”, said Kedington Wines’ Managing Director, Monica
Cheung.
It is expected that, in the
custody of Kedington Wines, Charles Heidsieck’s flagship Brut Réserve and Rosé
Reserve champagnes, the Vintage Brut and Vintage Rosé, and the House’s
acclaimed Blanc des Millénaires prestige cuvee, will all become increasingly
available in Hong Kong’s and Macau’s finest restaurants and wine shops from 1st
April, 2013.
